Mr. Vinh has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance.
Prior to RIM Invest JSC, he held key positions such as CFO, and CEO in companies such as Coca-Cola, Trung Nguyen Group, VTA mobile & laptop retail, Green Feed Vietnam, etc.
Mr. Vinh is currently a corporate finance advisor at RIM Investment JSC in Corporate Structuring, investment banking, asset management, and real estate advisory. In addition, he was appointed as member of the board and member of the audit committee for both Rang Dong Holding JSC and Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation.

Kent Wong (Mr.)

International Business Lawyer, Principal

International senior international lawyer, practicing and collaborating with many major international law firms: APEX LLC - the most ranked law firm in Korea; JTL Risk Solutions, the UK's major reinsurer, and many of the leading law firms in the United States, South Korea, New Zealand, Cambodia. He has extensive experience in solving international legal issues, foreign investment, project funding and M&A activities. Top positions were: Associate lawyer at APEX LLC, Compliance and Risk Manager at JLT Risk Solutions, Board of Directors of The Kiwi Chamber, Head of Banking and Capital Markets Advisors at VCI.

She has over 09 years of professional experience in Technology, Securities, Fund Management, Power, Agriculture where experienced on strategic consulting, Market developing, and M&A. Additional, she has 05 years worked in ERP, Data management and programmers. She has participated in analysis and programming at DIVENTO (France), CISAC, CIDJ Research and Documentation Center (France), manages and implements the online stock trading system, ERP Oracle at SSI Company. Before joining RIM Invest, Ms. My participated as a consultant of M & A services such as Phu Night Market - Long Beach Group, SAB Market Advice Advice - French Software Company, Joint Venture IMP - ITD Thailand, AVG - Singtel, Dong Pao Rare Earth Joint Venture, as a market developer of Capitaland, Haseko, Petrolimexland, with the role of implementing management projects: Biwater, AIDC, Stone Apple

Sam C.C Lau (Mr.)

Business Development, Principal

Mr. Sam C.C.Lau was born in Hong Kong, currently a Canadian Citizen and have worked in CBC Canada , BELL Canada, and Ontario Hydro Electric Company as Engineering Specialist. Having graduated in Westminster University ( London, UK ) bearing M.Phil, B.sc in Engineering. (IEE & IMECE UK ). While in Vietnam and Cambodia, have developed large Scale Residential/Commercial projects for Major Players. Most recently, representing Hong Kong/China Based Real Estate/Infrastructure Corporation seeking Business Partners in South East Asia.

Tu Duong (Mr.)

Strategic Business Development, Principal

With over 20 years of experience, he is adept and outstanding in business development across private and public sectors. Fundamentally, his understanding of Asian and European business cultures aids in navigating diverse markets and establishing successful partnerships. Furthermore, he excels in creating consortia and executing growth strategies, with a systematic approach for identifying risks and problem-solving. His expertise ranges from raising capital to advising offshore Buy sides such as investors, strategic partners, and financial institutions in cross-border M&A activities.

Ricky Ho (Mr.)

Business Development, Principal

Mr. Ricky’s highly skilled at networking and building business connections with both organziations and individuals, especially in real estate industry, M&A transactions. His wide-ranging network is enlarged through his time at numerous local and multinational firms such as OSHO Group, Sonder Living Vietnam, KASCH Vietnam, AURORA Management, Kusto Group, Phat Dat Real Estate, Philips,… He’s co-founder and CEO of ADAMAS – a real estate focused company.
Along with his networking, Mr. Ricky’s also an expert in developing, dealing, negotiating, fund/capital raising, bringing top properties and real estate investment opportunities on a global scale, consulting/advising and recommending beneficial investment opportunities for Vietnamese investors

Lan Nguyen (Ms.)

She is a seasoned professional in retail and store chain operations, with extensive leadership experience as Regional Sales Manager and Operations Director at leading brands such as Pharmacity, KAY SPA, Nguyen Kim, and Vien Thong A. Her strengths lie in sales strategy, team leadership, local marketing, and retail expansion. Lan brings a strong operational mindset and a proven track record in driving sustainable revenue growth across multi-location businesses.

Nam Nguyen (Mr.)

Strategic Corporate Finance, Principal

Mr. Nam is an accounting management advisory in company restructuring. Before working for RIM Invest, he had over 15 years working in accounting management, corporate finance in a wide range of industries namely FMCG, tissue paper manufacturing, retail, F&B, electronics, etc. He has served several big names in Vietnam market such as You New Toyo Pulppy, The Gioi Di Dong “Mobile World”, Tara, Ajinimoto, Hanet, etc. with main roles of building and controlling the budgeting, sales forecasting, costing, analyzing the efficient business operation, cost control and KPIs.

Phuong Le (Ms.)

He is a hospitality leader and F&B entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in operations, hotel pre-openings, and business development across both local and international markets. He currently lectures in International Tourism & Hospitality Management at VNUK and serves as an Investment Specialist at RIM Invest JSC.
